Returns Policy
At Equipify, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as simple and transparent as possible.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you can return most new and unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase or order number with the return to avoid delays in processing.
Return delivery costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can resolve issues quickly with a replacement part or item. Depending on the issue, we may arrange collection or ask you to return the item for inspection.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with a returns authorisation and any relevant instructions.
Package the item securely and return it using a tracked service.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return. We’ll notify you once the refund has been issued. If a delivery is refused, the return cost will be charged or deducted from the refund.
Warranty Claims
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If your item develops a fault outside of the initial 30-day return window, please get in touch and we will assist with any warranty claims on your behalf.
